WE SHIP PRIORITY ‼️

After your purchase has been confirmed, in 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) Empresses & Emperors will process and ship your order.

Depending upon the destination, the package should be delivered to your preferred location within 1-5 business days.

All tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is processed.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Once the package is marked “delivered”, we  do not have any control of the package afterwards. If you for some reason didn’t receive your package, please contact the courier company for the package status.

If an item is returned, you are responsible to cover the reshipment fees.
